In every interaction with another being, within the realm of music, comes a moment of truth - a moment where you engage in a soul-stirring journey, without giving utterance to the spoken word.

 

As a teacher, my role is to inspire those that I am privileged to interact with, to believe beyond their perceived limitations.  As educators, our most imperative objective is to cultivate the next generation of ambassadors for our art form, for without them, it has no furtherance.

 

As a music-maker, my role is that of a master storyteller.  Can I engage those around me, in a way that transcends the physical realm, and transports us all to a place where we are free to feel, think, dream, love, and believe?
